The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave me accurate information about renting a baby stroller near the hotel. The convenience store is only a few steps away. You can take as many amenities as you need.

Wonderful place to stay if you are transiting at the Jakarta International Airport. Great spa, good lounge area, nice rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I stay here every time I come through the airport.

Great location, my flight arrived at Soetta at 1am, just walking to the hotel as it's located in Terminal 3. Delicious breakfast with a wide selection of Indonesian, Western, and Asian dishes. Clean rooms & comfortable beds. I will stay at Anara Hotel again if I transit at Soetta Airport.

Overall, it's okay as a transit hotel, but for hotel guests who smoke, it's a bit of a hassle to go up and down the elevator 🤦🏼‍♀️ Hopefully in the future, smoking rooms can be made so that guests are also comfortable.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Food was available starting at 2 a.m., although there wasn't much choice, it was sufficient for breakfast.

Staying at Anara Hotel for those who have just traveled with an international flight can be an option for those who want to continue with a domestic flight, but unfortunately the price is expensive, staying at Anara at that time was 1.4 million per night, check in at 12 midnight because we had just arrived, we chose Anara because on Google Anara was echoing the shuttle service, it turned out it was all a hoax, there was no airport shuttle service, there was a paid service of 250 thousand rupiah, I really regret staying here, because we were on a domestic flight we changed terminals and Anara did not provide a shuttle service, and when I called the first time from the room they said yes, then I called the second time they said there was no one available, the one available was paid.

I stayed with a group of five, my husband, and three children, bringing nine suitcases. The receptionist, Briant, was very helpful and helped us check in because we had a lot of luggage. Briant was very kind, very friendly, and very informative. If I fly again, I highly recommend staying here again 😊
