The price does not match the room offered, it is dirty and uncomfortable and the price is expensive and there is no breakfast.

Thank you for the review. For Highseason Longweekend/National Day, the price for all our properties tends to be higher than on normal days. Then there is indeed no breakfast (listed on the booking page on Traveloka) please guests can pay attention to the details of the facilities and services provided. For comfort, please use it according to capacity (Studio type is usually used by 2 people) if more then you should choose a larger type for comfort. Thank you.

The room is pretty clean, complete with equipment, there is a portable stove, refrigerator, gallon, tv + free wifi, air conditioning, glass spoon plates, pans, sorry unfortunately the pots and pans need new procurement. The bathroom is clean, only the dipper peelu is replaced because it broke from the start, the water heater is also good, but it's worth it, the free swimming pool is also good for children to play. Recommended for another vacation, but if you can give me a room in the front, please don't be afraid 🙏.

Admin is very friendly, very comfortable for just taking a break to forget about problems. Clean comfortable place. The blankets are also new, still in the laundry plastic, soap & shampoo are also provided.

The unit is very comfortable, good for resting, clean too, there are stoves, cooking utensils and cutlery available. The air conditioner is cold, the service staff is also friendly and good, very satisfying, it really helps us check in.

Positive: 1. The staff service is satisfactory, 2. The location is quite strategic, close to the souvenir shop. 3. Toiletries get soap, shampoo & towels. 4. The toilet spray water is strong, and the shower is safe. Negatives: 1. No wifi, 2. Tv only local stations and blurry, 3. The bathroom is a bit dirty. 4. The view of the room if it leads to the pool is good, but if you get it at the back it looks a bit scary at night. 5. The apartment complex blends with several apartment buildings that are no longer in use so it looks like a horror. 6. There are no markers from the highway, so it's likely to be missed if you don't use gmaps.
