First time staying here, got 2 rooms. Can accommodate 5 people. Soft mattress. No glasses, spoons, have to be requested first. The stove and cylinder are not installed yet. The rest is okay, you can swim too, the price is cheap.

The original room with different pictures. The elevator is almost broken, it's hard to press the button. The parking lot is very narrow. The room is very dirty, dust in all corners, dusty mattress, the AC cannot be adjusted for temperature/wind, the toilet is very dirty. Very bad experience on a business trip staying here, the intention to rest actually felt more tired.

If you have any problems with your unit, you can CONTACT us directly, so we can follow up on your complaint ☺️🙏🏻. For the elevator, it is directly managed by the building management, not us. We have also done our best to submit an elevator request to be renewed by the building management, but until now there has been no follow-up ☺️🙏🏻. So in the future, if you have a staycation somewhere else, you can contact the person concerned first so that the problems you are experiencing can be resolved on the same day. booking was clearly 2 days
but the receptionist still asked whether I wanted to check out or not
plus there was an officer who knocked on the room asking whether I wanted to check out or not
at first I wanted to stay in the room there was no wifi and the floor was sticky, it was a bit less clean, it was okay but if it was like this

For wifi, I also explained that the unit from the wifi vendor could not be used because it was experiencing interference 🙏🏻.
