Aquatel is amazing, the price is cheap but not cheap, you even get a very delicious welcome meal of fried rice, if you go to Pekanbaru you have to stay here again

All staff are very nice and attentive. The twin bed is quite spacious, the AC is great. We will surely be back to this hotel again if we ever visit Pekanbaru. Thank you.

1. Check-in at 2:00 PM, it turns out the room is not ready yet with the excuse that it is still being cleaned. It will be ready in about 30-60 minutes. I asked back, does that mean if I check in late which is not my fault, the check-out time will also be delayed according to my late check-in? The answer is no. How can it be cruel when the customer is asked to return the customer's rights to the hotel rules. 2. The power outage happened. It really went out for about 10 minutes. Pluses - Strategic location (near SKA mall and Living World) about 700 m. - Near convenience store.

I've been here many times. The family room is quite large, but for drinks, it's too small. It should be a medium size, not so small. The staff is friendly, but yesterday I was disappointed. I wanted to have breakfast, but the kids stayed in the room. I didn't have a spare key, so it was difficult to get out if the kids were asleep, the door was closed, while the key was inside, how could it be difficult? But overall, everyone was satisfied, and it will be improved. Thank you.
