So satisfied with the service! The staff is so friendly and when they see us all sweaty because of the hot weather outside, they do the check in process so fast and directly send the welcome drink to our room so we didn't need to wait. I love the cleanliness of the room, the smell also so good, the ambience is so relaxing even the breakfast is perfect. This is perfect for you who want to have a comfortable, quite and private space. I am absolutely coming back here next time!

The staff service is very good and friendly, check in can be faster. The room is spacious and the cleanliness of the room is very clean, it is very comfortable to stay at this hotel. The vibes are very homey and cool. It's a shame to find this hotel after going home to Jakarta and only staying for half a day because I had to go to the airport last night. Next time I go to Bali, I want to stay at this hotel again 😊 Maintain its cleanliness and comfort.. always be successful ❣️

Family vacation is very suitable in Arana, take a family suite room which is very clean and has complete facilities (cold AC, complete TV channels, refrigerator). The bed is clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that the water may use well water which if you use soap, your hands will feel slippery.

. Its our 1st time to come and stay here, all staff are helpful and honest. Good vibes, great clean room, close to everywhere, good breakfast. Nice garden surounding make as so comfortable in this Suite. Big and clean pool, my daughter loved this pool. And we will back soon. Matursuksma Arana Suites.
