The hotel is strategically located in the Legian area, right on the main road. The hotel is very clean, both inside and outside the rooms. Every day, a housekeeping staff member is seen cleaning. The staff is also very good and very helpful. The hotel staff are friendly and always smile when greeting us. Initially, we were only staying for one day, but because of the excellent service, we extended our stay until the 13th, when we departed. Thank you for the service. Best of luck to the hotel and all the staff. 🙏🏻😇🥰

The hotel's interior is aesthetic and surprising, especially the breakfast area... Vintage and beautiful... It provides a relaxing atmosphere, like a vacation... Even though he was in Bali for work. The GM is also very welcoming and down to earth to the guests, making a round every morning to the breakfast area.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Even though I arrived at the hotel before check-in time, we were still able to check in. However, our room wasn't ready yet, so we left our luggage with the concierge and continued our Bali trip without any hassle. That afternoon, my husband received a WhatsApp message from the hotel that our room was ready. After walking around, we returned to the hotel and checked into our room. It was tidy and our luggage was already there. The room was spacious, clean, well-lit, with plenty of TV channels, and good Wi-Fi. The restaurant staff was also very friendly, with a wide variety of food and a spacious swimming pool.

My first time staying here because the location is so convenient for culinary exploration. I had no expectations whatsoever, but I was incredibly satisfied and will be a regular guest. The location is great, the rooms are spacious, clean, and cool! The staff, from the front desk to room service, and even the security guards, were all super friendly and attentive!
