The hotel staff was very helpful when choosing between two superior rooms or one family room. We were allowed to preview and compare the rooms. Another plus was the easy access to laundry facilities and motorbike rentals nearby. Thank you, The One Hotel in Legian!

The room was clean, the AC worked perfectly, the toilet was clean, the atmosphere was peaceful, it was close to various strategic locations, and the price was really good. If I go to Bali again, I'll stay here again. Thank you also for the very friendly staff.

The hotel is very comfortable, perfect for relaxing, especially for a long staycation. It's in Legian, but it doesn't feel like Legian anymore. The service is also excellent, very friendly, and very helpful. It's definitely worth it.

The hotel is at a strategic location. Near restos, bars, shops, and even a mall (Beachwalk, only need 10 minutes walking). The staff is very helpful and kind. The room was nice, clean, and neat. The buffet menu at New Year’s Eve was bomb! The parking lot is spacious. It was a great and pleasant experience for our first family New Year trip 👍🏻💯

Very comfortable and clean, business trip becomes enjoyable. Have stayed here twice. Next time if there are colleagues who go to Bali will be recommended.
