I only stayed for a night in this property and chose this property because it's closer to the airport so I can go without any traffic. Turns out, everything was really great. The staff (named Nensi) upgraded my room into upper class (I forgot what is the name of the upper class) and when I wanted to change my room into a quiet room (since the first one was really crowded with an Indian family beside my room), they got the room for me with a really quiet one. Thank you so much! ❤️

I chose Alila because of the comfort. Apart from hotels located in the Seminyak area, wherever you want to go, it's close. My super comfortable room with open sea view, even though the price is a little expensive, it is worth it with the view. Thank you to Mrs. Rina as the manager and Mr. Ngurah, who have helped a lot over the past 20 days, they are all friendly and helpful. I will come back if I have a holiday in Bali.

I am a frequent guest at this hotel. I found the location perfect for my needs, easy to move around by car or by motorbike. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I initially had a twin bed, but the receptionist gave me a double bed. They even found me a room that wasn't too far from the end of the room since I was staying alone. The room was spacious enough for a superior room. It was clean, and the amenities were adequate. The location is on a side street but quiet, making it a very strategic location. There's a convenience store directly across from the hotel. There are also many restaurants within walking distance.
