we booked 3 pool view rooms, but when we checked in, they upgrade the room into suite type (2 bedrooms and 1 living room), in which we did not expect that. especially on new year eve. the room was spacious and clean. the bed and pillow were comfortable we hardly woke up. just wanna lay there all day long. the only "minus" part was we need to ask for bath towel since it was not available in the bathroom. the breakfast food was limited to 2 set menu. the taste: "American" breakfast was good but the Indonesian breakfast (nasi goreng) was already cold. overall, we enjoyed staying there.

3 memorable nights at The Haven Seminyak. Hotel is located in Seminyak road and we could find lots of interesting shops, resto and cafes along the road for hang out. We were allowed for 1 hour earlier check in. The room is clean and comfortable. The food is delicious with many kind of menus. Hotel staffs are friendly, they always greeted us to check if everything ok for us, great service. In Saturday night they had a kind of traditional dance performance near the swimming pool, free snacks and drinks and we got free dinner at the Sabeen restaurant as doorprize. Will come and stay again at The Haven Seminyak.

I booked this hotel for my nephew & he told me that he really enjoy staying at the hotel. Sadly he can't extend his stay at the hotel due to the full occupancy.

1St booked only for 3 days then we booked till the end of our vacation in Bali because the room its was nice, very comfy and cozy, nice breakfast and startegic location also, even sometime a little bit noise because of contrustions maybe.

Strategic location in the heart of Seminyak, I had pleasant stay during holiday at the Haven. The room was super clean, staffs are very helpful and breakfast provides with many varieties of food. Super recommended:).

. My overall rating is average, but a few things need improvement. TV needs to be replaced, picture quality is bad and dark. Telephone was not working throughout the 5 days, even after daily reminders. Towels are worn out. The bathtub/shower tub was clogged. The bed was not made on the last day before checking out.
