Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta

Staying at Four Points Kuta for my business trip was a truly memorable experience. I go to Bali with my wife. It happened to coincide with our wedding anniversary. I called the hotel during the day and spoke with Ms. Ayu. I explained that I wanted a simple room decoration as a surprise for my wife and asked for a recommendation for a florist to provide an arrangement for the room. Ms. Ayu was incredibly helpful and efficient. She arranged the room decoration and coordinated the delivery and placement of the floral arrangement I ordered. The room was decorated simply yet beautifully and memorably, just like in the photos. The service at the breakfast restaurant was also excellent; Mrs. Ary assisted me with a takeaway breakfast order since I couldn't dine in. Many thanks to Ms. Ayu, Mr. Ary, and the Four Points Hotel Kuta team.

It’s good for families. Quite packed but good lagoon pool for families.

I would personally like to recognize the following team members: Joe and Arianta for their warm leadership and attentive service. Ary for the thoughtful balloon that made our daughter smile. Vanesha for the wonderful breakfast surprise on our last morning. And especially Mr. Parta, the true star of our stay, for his outstanding hospitality and guest care. The front office team handled our check-out concerns perfectly. The supervisor, Amanda, was incredibly warm and even treated my daughter to ice cream. We felt genuinely valued and loved the excellent customer care! Thank you to the entire team. We truly appreciate your kindness and dedication, and we will definitely come back again in the future. I really liked the cleanliness of the rooms and restaurant. The food was delicious too. There's a jacuzzi in the pool.

My experience staying at this hotel was very memorable. The staff were friendly and attentive to each guest, and the rooms were clean and quite spacious.

It was very comfortable staying here, especially for Ms. Ary and the team in the restaurant, they were very good at providing services related to food.

People are nice, but the bathroom is a bit old, enough for our 1-night transit.

Every time I go to Bali, my family and I definitely stay at this hotel.

All the staff were very friendly, the service was top-notch, and I'd love to come back again. Highly recommended to anyone. I also got a free ice waffle. The food was delicious and the selection was extensive.

My family had a wonderful stay at Four Points Kuta. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-designed. I booked the Family Suite for my nephews, and they were especially happy. They truly enjoyed the space and felt very comfortable. Thank you to the team for creating such a pleasant and family-friendly experience. We look forward to coming back.

The hotel staff is friendly, it's a shame it's hard to get in the car

Strategic location, but if you drive, the space is narrow. The staff is excellent. The food is quite good and varied.

There was something about this hotel that made it feel like home. From the convenient location to the beach, to the amenities, and to the friendly staff, my husband and our son had an amazing time there. My husband even lost his AirPods after he checked out, and the hotel still sent him an email after they had found it in the room. This hotel has integrity, top service, amazing food, and amazing vibes. We will be back again soon.

The lighting in the room was poor, making it feel dim. It would be nice to have brighter lighting, or even dimmable lamps. The swimming pool was absolutely stunning. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had a Jacuzzi. Breakfast was a buffet breakfast, and the menu was extensive and delicious. By the way, there were some foreign tourists who smoked, but I don't know if the hotel policy allows smoking.

5 hari 4 malam di four points by sheraton. saya mau menuliskan review saya secara jujur.. 1. proses check in sangat cepat. ms niken sangat helpfull. dapat eskrim ketika baru datang. keren. 2. kamarnya bersih wangi dan 2 Full bed yang ukuran 120 which is BIG utk ber 4. air panas kenceng,smart tv dengan netflix dan banyak channel. 3. WIFI SUPER CEPET 4. sarapannya variasi nya banyak dan SO GOOD. nasi goreng nya juara oh my god.. india station nya super delissh, dan yang paling penting THEIR HOSPITALITY. mind blowing.. sampe terharu karna kita sangat di hargai. 5. kami check out jam 4 pagi dan mereka dengan sangat detail dan sangat concern mengenai take away box sarapan kami. malah di lebihkan. nasi goreng dan sandwichnya serta buah buah sangat membantu kami mengisi perut di jalan menuju gilimanuk. 6. special thank you buat mr parta, mr joe, ms sovie, ms vanes dan ms niken serta ALL THE STAFF yang selalu cepat gesit dan ramah dalam melayani. 7. LAST but not least. we will come back to four points if we go to Bali.. thank youuuu

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The room is spacious and comfortable, but the floor cleanliness needs to be improved (also for the bathroom area). The floor was a bit sticky. Breakfast needs to be improved because I think the breakfast tasted better in previous years.
