The location is very strategic, the airport is only 6 km from Kuta Beach, 2 km from Krisna Souvenirs, 500 m from Falala Chocolate, 600 m from the hotel, and it's easy to find food. There are many food options around the hotel. Every morning the room is cleaned, and after every trip the room is tidy, so you can rest more comfortably. The hotel staff is friendly.

The Wi-Fi is fast and it's close to the souvenir center. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's only 20 minutes from the airport.

The hotel staff is unfriendly, even though I've stayed there many times. None of the staff greets guests. The staff are unresponsive to the environment, for example, there's trash in front of the room that isn't thrown away and left to pile up until the next morning. The room is full of mosquitoes, the bathroom needs a deep cleaning, and the linens and towels need to be replaced because they're worn and stained. Plugs should be added near the bed to make it easier to charge phones. The minibar needs weekly or monthly cleaning to eliminate odors and to check the temperature. There's no security guard on duty.

I stayed at Spazzio for 4 nights, and it was easy to get around. It's easily accessible, right on the main road, close to restaurants, coffee shops, and souvenir shops. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious and affordable. There was a slight leak above the sink on my last day of check-out... Overall, I had a comfortable stay at Spazzio Hotel Bali.

This hotel is strategically located on Jalan Dewi Sri, close to numerous dining options, wide highways, and tourist attractions in Kuta, Legian, and Jimbaran. The only downside is that there's no elevator (don't worry, the stairs aren't steep or high).

Sorry, but I'm sorry to hear that, so we can improve things in the future. The bathroom smelled, the towels were torn and dirty, the yellow bedcover was smelly, it was too noisy, and the experience was slightly ruined by the constant banging on by drunk people. Sorry and thank you.

The hotel's location is excellent and strategic. The rooms are not soundproof, and it's very disturbing to see other guests with noisy children running around late into the night. The bathroom floor is very slippery, so extra care must be taken to avoid falls while showering.
