The hotel is strategically located in the Legian area, right on the main road. The hotel is very clean, both inside and outside the rooms. Every day, a housekeeping staff member is seen cleaning. The staff is also very good and very helpful. The hotel staff are friendly and always smile when greeting us. Initially, we were only staying for one day, but because of the excellent service, we extended our stay until the 13th, when we departed. Thank you for the service. This was my first time staying at Neo. It's conveniently located in Kuta. The room was very small, making it uncomfortable. The towels were a dull gray. Drinking water wasn't bottled, but refillable, and you had to get it yourself. It needs a lot of repairs and improvements.
