This was my first time staying at Neo. It's conveniently located in Kuta. The room was very small, making it uncomfortable. The towels were a dull gray. Drinking water wasn't bottled, but refillable, and you had to get it yourself. It needs a lot of repairs and improvements.

Located in the Kuta area. It has a swimming pool. It's perfect for staycations and vacations. It's a great choice for those looking to save on hotel budgets. It's very clean and the staff are friendly.

I absolutely love it here. Every morning, it's always cleaned without any requests. So, after we've been out and about, everything is spotless and clean. And every corner of the room and the toilet are always spotless!
