The staycation here is quite good. . even though it's 3, the facilities are complete, there's a pool, even though it's mini and the water is very cold, gym, playground.. the staff are friendly.. when you enter the room there are no hangers, call customer service and ask for hangers and they'll be delivered in 10 minutes.. the breakfast menu has many variations and is delicious, the Arch club room is clean and spacious, but it's a shame it's on the side of the road, you don't sleep soundly, you often wake up because of the noisy vehicles in the middle of the night, especially the loud exhausts, the room is not soundproof either

My family and I's experience staying here, the first impression was happy to be given free desert slice + greetings, the room was clean, spacious, fast wifi, complete facilities, only a little lacking, the bathroom equipment was incomplete. The food was quite delicious and varied, the only minus was the lack of chili sauce, hihihi for me, a chili sauce lover. The swimming pool was clean and the water was cold, the gym was complete, there was a children's play area. everything was okay, comfortable staycation here♡

for the staff are friendly, especially in the dining area, we thought the meal quota was only allowed 1 time, it turns out it can be adjusted if you want to swim first or in between other activities first, very helpful for those who bring children. but for cleanliness it needs to be improved again, in the basement the smell of garbage is terrible, access to the shower room can also be made more comfortable so it doesn't give a horror impression, the playground area should also be cleaned, because children like to play on the floor. for the bathroom, the toilet can hopefully be replaced with a shower jet, so it is more comfortable. the hotel location is very strategic for looking for food and souvenirs, you can even walk

I've stayed here several times. The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. However, on my last visit, I had a room with a very noisy AC, and I could clearly hear a woman crying and confiding in her friend in the next room. Oh, and one more thing... the AC often leaks, making the floor wet.

Thank God, I'm quite satisfied, although there are a few things that are lacking. Overall, it's good to stay here. The swimming pool is small, only for children. For the sheets, pillowcases, and towels, even though they are clean, the color is a little faded so it's not pleasant to look at. The wall above the bed has some peeling and the sandpaper is a bit narrow. Just a suggestion: if possible, the sheets, pillowcases, and towels could be replaced and the wallpaper repaired, it would definitely be more popular.
