Friendly service, okay rooms, okay facilities, family vacation to be fun.

I only intended to stay one day for work, but ended up adding another room and another day. The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly, the room was super clean, the sheets, towels, and mattress were all clean, and the floor felt like it had been mopped very well. The best.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, the direct view from the room to the sea is very nice.

The location is great, and the hotel atmosphere is also very pleasant. The spacious garden allows children to play freely, and the swimming pool overlooks the beach. It's perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city and relaxing after the daily grind.

Very good service, no discrimination against domestic tourists, comfortable, clean rooms, nice bathrooms, with large and comfortable bathtubs, there are toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, there is also a hair dryer. The location is a bit inside but there is no problem for cars. The seaside resort has a modern tropical feel and I can rent a boat for fishing. I highly recommend this place.

The view is really nice, you can swim while enjoying the sunset and the passing ships. The room is big and clean. Nice view, free to lie down on the beach chair. You can also go down to the beach

It was a pleasure to stay here, the rooms are comfortable, the soap smells good, the aroma of flowers. The breakfast is delicious, complete (appetizer, main course, dessert), the equipment in the kitchen is quite complete, can make toast, cook noodles, fry eggs, etc. The pool is clean, the atmosphere is calm, the view on the beach is okay for watching the sunrise / sunset. Too bad I only stayed here for a day because I had to move to the next destination. Next time if I have the opportunity to go to the Candidasa area, I want to stay here again. The hotel staff is beyond amazing, incredibly friendly. It's a must-visit, as the other guests chat with each other like friends. The food is absolutely delicious, and you won't regret it.

The only hotel that is very strategically located and very easy to access for swimming at the beach, you can rent a local boat to go around the small islands around it. My family and I had a very memorable vacation while staying at this hotel. Thank you Genggong Hotel, definitely will come back 🙏
