The staff is friendly and everything is clean. I left something behind, and they called and had it delivered to my house. They're very friendly.

The staff and chef are very kind, my food was even delivered to the table, without having to wait for the cooking process. The swimming pool is clean without the smell of chlorine, comfortable for children. The hotel staff is friendly, every room smells fresh, the elevators and hallways are calming, and the smoking area is comfortable. Every time I visit Semarang, I always stay at the Pandanaran Hotel because I really like its Javanese atmosphere.
