It's all average. I stayed 2 nights with my family, got Ruby 7 right in front of pool. AC is OK, swimming pool is OK, our room is spacious, big bed, sofa, hot water for shower, it has mini fridge too that is quite useful. But we got no toiletries, no towels, no doormats on the bathroom, TV was broken, wifi was sucks, and no extra pillow as my special request that I write when I booked the room until I repeatedly asked for it (I used my dirty cloth as doormat cause I need it in the bathroom, toiletries doormat and towels was delivered after I asked, and had to pay Rp10,000.- for my extra pillow which is OK I don't really mind about it). There are no slippers in this room. Bathroom window's frame is eaten by termites, dirty mirror, windows and front door was a bit dirty too I can see it clearly since those are made of glass, even my older daughter found a big dead cockroach on the corner. They provide kettle but no cups available (there is phone on the room but no description which number is what so I asked directly to receptionist. They told me to asked to the restaurant, and no one there so I took 2 cups by myself from the desk). On the second day we left after breakfast, I asked them to clean our room. They said they need our room key so I gave it. But when we got back on the evening, our room is still uncleaned. The housekeeper came to clean our room an hour after I complained. While we stayed 2 nights, the electricity went out 2 times. Breakfast was so-so. Services and cleanliness should be improved, it could be better than this. And the room should be renovated soon. The bathroom light is too dark it feels a bit scary. After all, thank you and hopefully it'll get better in the future.

What a pleasant stay! I stayed at Rumah Sunda for 8 adults. There are 4 king beds, 2 clean bathrooms. The AC is cold. Complete amenities. There is a balcony with a wow view. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable even though the air is not cold or cool. Access is also not difficult. Many choices of restaurants and coffee shops around. You can still order food online. OK restaurants with OK food. Well-maintained mini zoo, clean swimming pool. Totally recommended stay for big or small family/community 💖
