I really like it, it's like this hotel understands human needs, from the toilet that must have a shower, the soap is really classy, the playground has AC, the bathroom and swimming pool are not standard, until the soap is available, I like the sofa bed that is close to the glass, you can enjoy seeing Sentul hill, one more thing, the wifi doesn't need a password and the access is fast and wide, the connection can reach the parking lot, the pool boundary that uses iron is also really okay for babies +++ the breakfast is abundant. It's really okay.

It was my birthday and I’m staying at Luminor Hotel with my family. All of them are great. Love the hotel because you can walk to the mal and many other foods also outside, the breakfast, the swimming pools, and I love their events of cooking class for the kids. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in, always reminding us not to leave our belongings behind. The hotel's location is very accessible, close to the city center. The food suited my tastes; I ordered spaghetti bolognese and hot chocolate in the evening. In the morning, I ordered garlic spaghetti and concentrated orange juice. So far, I've enjoyed the food. Hopefully, they'll add more menu items in the future. This hotel is highly recommended.

Thank God, this is the umpteenth time my family and I have stayed here. The hotel is strategically located, clean, and comfortable. All the staff, from the receptionists, waiters, housekeeping staff, pool and sports area staff, and security, are friendly and very helpful. The pool is also comfortable. The hotel is brand new, beautiful, and very clean. The suites are very nice and fully equipped, even the standard rooms are very nice and not cramped. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is quite varied. There is direct access to the mall. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. I hope it stays, not just because it's new, it's really nice like this.

The staff service is satisfactory, extremely friendly and polite. The buffet has a delicious taste, could be increased variety of local food (e.g. herbal medicine), the staff is quick to clean up used cutlery. The room layout is comfortable (deluxe room), complete amenities. Suggestions can be added gallon dispenser at the end of the hallway for refilling drinking water. The availability of the balcony really adds to my comfort (the balcony paint maintenance can be improved to improve the facade). The valet is very helpful, friendly and skilled. The swimming pool water is also fresh (feels less chlorine, because my eyes do not sting). Overall, this hotel is very pleasant for my family vacation (2 adults + 1 child).

Stayed at HARRIS Hotel Sentul because there was an event at SICC, and this was a great choice! The location is literally just across the street, super practical and saves time. The room is clean, comfortable, and the staff is also friendly. The facilities are okay, the atmosphere is calm, very suitable for resting after the event. The breakfast is delicious and complete too. Overall very satisfied, highly recommended if there is an event at SICC! 🍊🏨✨

I was able to check in before 2 pm and the check-in process was fast. I requested a slice of cake for my child's birthday surprise, thank God it was possible. I got a quiet room on the 8th floor so I could rest comfortably. Thank you very much, Royal Padjajaran is very impressive.

Stayed at Bigland Sentul Hotel, Grand Family Suite room type, the room is spacious, 1 double bed, 1 single bed, perfect for bringing children here, stayed for 3 days 2 nights, the room was neat & clean, there were Mas Dani & Kak Kaila who were quick to tidy up the room & bathroom. Yesterday stayed in room 638. Every day the pillowcases, towels, mats were all changed quickly & very neatly, thank you very much Bigland, God willing, if there is fortune, I will come back here again.
