This is our third stay here. The hotel rooms are spacious, each room has a balcony with a great view, and the hotel staff is always friendly and responsive. The location is also great, with lots of snacks around the hotel. Thank you Nemuru Grand Bhuvana, especially the hotel staff, the white-skinned gentleman with glasses, I forgot his name, he was very friendly and kind.

The room is comfortable with cool AC, plus a smart TV facility that is great for relaxing. The best is the rooftop swimming pool with a direct view of Mount Salak, complete with a choice of pools for children and adults. The food is also top-notch, the breakfast menu is complete from Western to traditional, Mushroom Soup and Soto Bogor are my favorites 🫶🏻

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. One particularly memorable experience was a female guest at breakfast who appeared to be older than me and from a rural area. The hotel staff graciously offered her a choice of breakfast items, making her feel comfortable. Kudos to this hotel for its hospitality.
