Very comfortable. Clean room, clean bathroom, cold AC, TV on, get towels and minerals. The room is quite appropriate. Friendly staff, ample parking. There is an elevator. The building is still new and the restaurant is still in the process of being built. The location is in Dempo, a bit inside. But it is still easy to find and quite strategic. Recommended for those looking for comfortable and cheap accommodation.

The service was excellent. We checked out in the morning because we had business at the regional hospital. After leaving the hospital, the car that picked us up couldn't arrive, and the hotel staff allowed us to wait in the lobby to rest and pray until almost sunset. Thank you very much.

I have repeatedly extended the duration of my stay, because even though the price is affordable, the facilities provided are also okay. The location is not far from busy centers, such as PTC. KR hotel is the best hotel I have ever visited because the standard of service like a five-star hotel makes staying so pleasant especially for me who stays with toddlers and 7-month-old babies. The rooms are very clean, spacious, comfortable, room service cleans the room twice a day plus changing bed sheets, adding mineral water, replacing toiletries, and all of them are free. I, who initially only stayed 3 days, added another day because my toddler didn't want to go home. Vacationing is fun, satisfying service, all staff are friendly and alert if needed. If I go to Palembang again, I will stay here again
