I book this hotel as a birthday gift for my father in law. he said the hotel is nice, they enjoy the stay. And the staff name Damayanti is very patient and helpful in assisting me with transportation, and some issues with the reservation.

Villa Ombak has its own pier, so after crossing with fast boat, you can directly walk to the hotel lobby. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Close to shops, bars and restaurants too. Amazing interior and exterior of room. We love it.

Perfect for people who seeking for peace. A direct view to sea, perfect for sunset. If you prefer to spend your time in hotel, then this is the perfect choice. The staffs were very helpful and full of smile. Food was great too. There are also a place to rent a bike in the hotel. Definitely will go back here

Staff very friendly and accommodating. The first room we checked in had no wifi due to router on that side not working. So they then move us to another side of the room where wifi was fine. Since then, we don't have any problems at all.

Hotel Vila Ombak
Location is great! not too far from the harbor and beachfront. Very nice beach!
Check in flexibility’s for us when arrive 30 minutes earlier.
Bad things are the beds at the beach are not ready. You always need to ask for the mattress.
Pool was with yellow stuff something from the plants. I had my bikini top white and it’s yellow now. I tried to brushed it with soap as the bartender suggested but nothing worked.
One of the bartender was not paying attention and always chewing. It’s annoying to see!
The tables at the restaurant are dirty not wipe! Need to ask the staff who always gathered and busy talked to each other to wipe it. Especially during breakfast time.
The woman chef in the omelette station needs some help. Very bad omelette maker and always upset.
None of the staff speak english well enough.
The room is good space but cleanliness’s are poor. Old stuffs. Towels need to be renewed. Shower head was really bad. Toilet was shaking and bad smell.

Aston Sunset Beach Resort - Gili Trawangan
We stayed for 3 nights. Staffs is very friendly. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is very good. But not comfortable with the pool because some guests swim not wearing swimsuits but full clothes.
Breakfast menu is not too much and the taste is so-so.
The hotel facilities are kids friendly because there is a playground and at night there are movie for children, can be enjoyed while eating popcorn.
overall, we enjoyed stay in aston gili trawangan.
