I am Saiful from Pasundan Gatot Subroto Medan. Thank you for upgrading the room, it is comfortable, the AC is cold, there is a TV, there is a living room which is impossible to get at such an economical price. Definitely recommended. It was a delightful experience, staying overnight with the family for Eid. The mall right next door had everything the family needed for a get-together. It was a pleasant location. It felt great to have Mom with us.

I always come back here every time I have work in Bekasi. Although it's a bit far from my workplace, the quiet environment, cool air conditioning, soft bed, large-screen TV, and everything about this hotel are truly delightful. The food in the restaurant also changes daily. It also has direct access to the mall. It's easy to find anything you need.

The staff was friendly, check-in was quite fast, and I was allowed a late check-out until 1:00 PM. The breakfast menu was extensive and delicious. The location is very strategic, close to the West Bekasi toll gate and adjacent to Metropolitan Mall. Thank you for your service.
