I was on a family vacation that week and although this was a business hotel, we felt very cozy and comfortable staying here. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room service was great and affordable. We ate Indonesian food from room service and it was delicious. Keep the good service!

Stayed here due to the poor traffic, it was a pleasant stay. It was a stay that worth the price. A nice clean cozy room, the size of the room was perfect too. I had take away dinner from the restaurant, had a nice ox-tail fried rice with 2 big slices of fried ox-tail and a sunny side up. Food was worth the money. A good way to avoid fatigue of driving in a very poor traffic.

1. they said booking through traveloka sometimes can't assure guest may get queen bed.
2. they said there were no hot shower in my room and offer more expensive room, I insist to stay in my room and found out there was hot shower.
3. I tried to ask 2 spoons, they said they can't lend spoon to the guest.

Collection O Cikarang Near President University Formerly Enviro
It was beyond bad. I used to stay here until covid came, often up to 3-5 nights. This time, the room was dirty, AC didnot work (had to sleep with open window and terrace door, got mosquitos flew in), TV doesn't work, no connection cable, no internet (there was no wifi transmitter in the corridor, only the cable), non-smoking room but cigarette marks and ashes everywhere, the bed was not made, no amenities in the bathroom (there was a bar of soap, but probably from whoever stayed before). The most amazing, the no service, the person who took care the room always says no, don't have, don't know, etc. He seems intentionally making me want to leave and go to other place. Parking is expensive.

Collection O Cikarang Near Pollux Mall Formerly Hotel Pesona Cikarang
This hotel is suppose closed already. Location hard to find, electricity were off and only turn on after we come, room are dirty. So that I have to check out and book another hotel. This is terrible hotel I've ever visited.
