I booked a room for January 17, 2026. I contacted customer service via WhatsApp to confirm the room and amenities. What impressed me was the fast response and friendly staff. My expectations were in line with what most visitors have reviewed here, impressive. The room was clean, amenities were available, hot water was available, and there was a city view from the balcony. Access to Sudirman is very affordable, dining outside the hotel is just a short walk away, and the mall is also quite affordable with plenty of options. Truly comfortable. Thank you!

Top Location & Service. Staying at Shankee Suites was very satisfying. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly & responsive. Strategic location with city light view, easy to go everywhere. Worth it! Kudos to the best hospitality. Rista and Robby as a staff are friendly and also very helpful. I have stayed at Avissa Hotel for 6 months, and for my current visit, I chose Avissa from the many hotels in Jakarta because I already know and like staying at Avissa with all its goodness, it doesn't need to be luxurious like 5 stars but Avissa offers other things that I might not be able to experience in other places, like staying at home, hopefully Avissa continues to be better and more advanced, recommended place to visit when in Jakarta.
