It was a perfect stay, even though it was only for one night. The staff were very friendly. I arrived at the hotel around 12pm, and they kindly allowed me to check in right away. The room was spacious, featuring a large sofa bed by the window with a beautiful mountain view from the 12th floor. The swimming pool was also very comfortable, with pleasantly warm water. The location made the stay even better, as the hotel is just a short walk from Braga Street.

I recently stayed there again, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the food menu has been upgraded—the selections were great, and everything tasted delicious. The room ambience remains just as cozy and stylish as ever, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The service is consistently excellent—the staff are always friendly, polite, and very attentive. I think the front office team even recognizes me by now since I’ve stayed here several times! Overall, Janevalla Bandung never fails to impress. I always recommend this hotel to friends visiting Bandung—it’s truly a fantastic place to stay! I could say this is one of the best hotels in Bandung city center. One step away from PVJ mall, surrounded by shops, markets, culinary places. Parking is at the basement so I am not afraid my motorcycle will get wet. Room and toilets are clean, AC is cold, Wi-Fi is fast, hot water available almost without delay. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is very delicious. Staffs are friendly. What else, I can't complain about anything.

Pak Raditya Budi Satrio, the Assistant Manager, helped us tremendously when my wife got injured and needed to visit a doctor. It was the service at another level. Thank you very much Pak Raditya.
