1. affordable but not cheap 2. very strategic location in the city center and easy to access, both markets, offices, hospitals etc. 3. the service of all staff is very friendly and polite 4. when I had sahur the service was very prioritized, the sahur food was delivered directly to the room, even added two portions as many as the number of us in the room. 1 room should get two portions but because there were children we asked for it to be added and the hotel agreed, salute to the priority given to guests. 5. there is access to a swimming pool that children like in short here is very satisfying and complete

The check-in process was smooth, just mention that you have booked on the app, check-in went smoothly. The accommodation booked was not less than expected according to the appearance of the image on the app. The room size displayed on the app, for example 24 m is true even though the image does not show the size like that, but in reality it is that big. During my 3-night stay here, there was no bad impression and I even want to stay here again if I go to Banda Aceh again. The service is not bad, the hotel facilities are generally okay, the food is also delicious. Parking is available in front of and behind the hotel. The location of the hotel is easy to find and access to everywhere is easy because it is on the side of the main road and not a small road, the Tsunami Museum and Blang Padang Field are on the same road as and not far from this hotel. There are many places to eat and coffee shops around the hotel, so it won't be difficult to find a place to eat if you stay here. The hotel is relatively new, according to the hotel CS info, it's only about 5 years old.

The staff was very kind at check in so we came early at 9 am to the inn and then we asked to check in first. Because the rooms were full so we couldn't then not long after someone checked out the staff immediately cleaned the room and allowed us to check in first without additional costs, very good, the room was nice and clean, fragrant, basically 1000 stars, nothing lacking, great.

Ambiance/Facilities: The hotel exudes a grand, "old-world" charm with its spacious lobby and marble finishes. The outdoor swimming pool is a standout feature—perfect for a sunset dip—and the fitness center is well-maintained. While the decor leans traditional rather than ultra-modern, it feels stately and well-kept. Food: The breakfast spread is impressive! They offer a great mix of Western options and authentic Acehnese cuisine. Don't miss the Mie Aceh at their restaurant; it’s spicy, rich, and hits all the right notes without having to leave the building. Staff Assistance: This is where the hotel truly shines. The staff are incredibly attentive and embody the warmth of Acehnese culture. From the swift check-in to the concierge helping me arrange a city tour, the service was seamless and genuinely friendly. Also, their coffee shop serves a mean Sanger (local coffee), which is a must-try. Location: Superbly located! It’s just a 10-minute drive to the Baiturrahman Grand Mosque and very close to government offices and the Tsunami Museum. It’s the perfect base for both business and sightseeing.

The hotel is well located and well equipped. Although Banda Aceh had limited electricity and connectivity, I rarely experienced any power interruption during my 4-day stay. If any power cut, it was no more than a minute. The Wi-Fi was also quite strong and it helped me in doing my work. The staff were very helpful. What I also like is the spacious room and alleys, so I didn't feel claustrophobic.
