The hotel is well located and well equipped. Although Banda Aceh had limited electricity and connectivity, I rarely experienced any power interruption during my 4-day stay. If any power cut, it was no more than a minute. The Wi-Fi was also quite strong and it helped me in doing my work. The staff were very helpful. What I also like is the spacious room and alleys, so I didn't feel claustrophobic.

It exceeded my expectations. Initially, we were looking for a hotel close to our family for Eid. It turned out to be a comfortable, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious. The pool was clean and there were staff providing snacks and food. The playground was spacious and very child-friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Aceh.

The hotel staff was helpful and very friendly. Drinks were provided upon check-in. The room was clean, with two bottles of water and several sachets of coffee, tea, and sugar. The hot shower worked well, and the breakfast was varied and delicious.
