The hotel management/staff is very kind and honest and very helpful. I left my Samsung Airbuds in the room when I checked out. The management/staff contacted me and kept it until our son picked it up a few days later. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the management/staff. Hopefully Grand Orchid Hotel Solo will be more successful and advance and develop.

The food is delicious and varied. The swimming pool is spacious and clean, with separate areas for children and adults. I've been staying here every time I visit Solo for several years. Cute and chic hotel. Clean and fragrant. The swimming pool is also spotless. The gym is open 24 hours. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed during the Solo International Performing Arts event at Mangkunegaran Palace, just a short walk away. Close to several popular culinary spots and other tourist attractions. It was a great stay. If I visit Solo again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

I always stay here when I visit my child at the neighboring Islamic boarding school. It's very easy to access, the hotel is comfortable, and the receptionist is very responsive and accommodating to my requests, making my stay comfortable. Since I'm from out of town, if my accommodation is comfortable, my stay in Solo will be peaceful, too. I hope this continues.

The front desk was very friendly, and there was a room boy to deliver luggage using a trolley. The room was standard size, with cool air conditioning and working hot water. The hotel is located on the roadside and very close to the airport, with free scheduled airport drop-off. Although I booked a room without breakfast because I wanted to try dinner at the restaurant, the food was delicious and the prices were very affordable.
