The hotel staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The room was clean. The bathroom was also spotless. Towels and doormats were changed daily. If we ever return to Tarakan, we'll definitely stay at Duta again. Thank you for the excellent service. Hopefully, the good things that impressed us can be maintained.

A very pleasant stay experience. Super fast check in, there was a bellboy who was very responsive in delivering the suitcase to the room. The room was clean, neat, comfortable and spacious for a deluxe size. The sahur food was also delicious. Around the hotel there are many traders and various culinary 🤩
