For a hotel of this class, the WiFi network in the room is very bad and the TV can't be watched because there is no broadcast, I think it has been fixed because my friends who stayed previously also experienced that, especially in that room there were also small cockroaches, but the service was very friendly from the receptionist who helped with access to go out and told me good places to eat, thank you, Ms. Yani

The room was clean, but the only thing I wasn't comfortable with was the lights constantly going off, especially when I checked out, my foot almost got caught when I was trying to get into the elevator because the electricity went out.

The hotel staff is friendly. Poor soundproofing, disturbed by passing vehicles, especially at night. The underside of the bed is unclean. The sofa is unclean. There are not enough TV channels. The curtains are torn. Executive-class rooms are very inadequate.
