I was quite satisfied with my stay at the Grand Sawit Hotel. My first impression upon arrival was that the atmosphere was Islamic, comfortable, and family-friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making them a comfortable place to rest. Facilities like prayer mats and a water dispenser are a plus. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, and the service was excellent, making for a pleasant overall stay.

The hotel staff (receptionist) was very helpful regarding our desired room requirements, we booked 2 twin rooms because there was no other choice, but the receptionist exchanged one of the rooms with a single bed room so that we as husband and wife could rest comfortably.

The hotel is clean and fragrant, the staff is friendly, the check in/out process is fast. The rooms and toilets are also clean and fragrant, the TV is already a smart TV. The location is also very good because there are many restaurants, stalls, cafes, and minimarkets around it that can be reached on foot.

I've stayed here twice, every time I go home and stop by Samarinda, I stay here, the staff are friendly, the parking is spacious, the parking attendant is also responsive, the breakfast is delicious, check in/out is easy, the room is clean, the AC is cold, the bathroom smells clean, even though there is no hot water, but it is really worth it, keep it up!

A safe, quiet, and clean location, from the lobby to the rooms. Good room amenities, a working and enjoyable TV. The bathroom was also clean.
