The rooms and toilets are clean and tidy, even though the building is old. I will stay here again if I have an event in Bandung. My first stay here, but it was memorable. The receptionist was fast responding, yesterday I happened to be with Kang Pajar, and my staycation here happened to be when my wife was attending a painting exhibition in the lobby. Because it's close to the mall, it's really convenient if you want to buy food for breaking the fast. Of all the hotels we've visited, this is one of the best because it's rare for a hotel to provide bolsters in the room. Harris Hotel is different, this one has fulfilled our request, using a connecting room there are bolsters in each room, and most importantly, there is a dispenser, so you don't have to keep going back and forth to make hot or warm breast milk, it's already near the elevator lobby on each floor. Alhamdulillah, I was very impressed, Thank you Harris Hotel.

It's been my 2nd time here and satisfied with the facilities. There is a welcome drink, the breakfast is delicious and varied, there is a coffee machine, tea tubruk, and herbal medicine. The location is also close to the dining area, the bathroom is clean, the shower and hot water work well, the bed is also clean. Good job Santika Hotel.

The hotel is comfortable, the staff is very friendly, and I really like it. As soon as I open the door, I immediately smell the fragrance, which is something we rarely get in hotels.
