Friendly staff, lots of food variations, basically comfortable staying here.

Overall comfortable, spacious room, ample parking, plenty of hot water for showering. Just my honest review, maybe for the cleanliness of the room, the floor is still very dusty, black feet dust if not wearing sandals. Pillowcases and bolsters have lots of stains, and the glasses in the room are yellow like old glasses. Then for the TV, it's not a smart TV yet, it's still a manual TV and there are lots of ants because the antenna is broken. I booked 2 connecting rooms in the executive building A which have bathtubs, in rooms 1022 and 1020. The towels in the bathroom also smell of damp sweat, I don't know if they were replaced or not. The food is also less varied for the main course, there is only white rice, soy sauce chicken, and green beans with young corn. As for snacks and stalls, there are quite a lot. For the service, the staff is good and friendly. There are also 2 elevators, but only one is operating, so you have to wait quite a long time because the elevator capacity is also small. Req mirror text is given, which is good, and also given for the birthday cake slice which is quite delicious. Thank you, I hope this input is heard and can be improved in the future because the hotel is already big and nice, it would be a shame if the inside was like that.

For its price, this hotel offers optimal amenities. Although the hotel is older, the rooms are large and reasonably clean. The amenities are also quite diverse. It's suitable for both business and family vacations.

The hotel staff in the lobby were friendly. There was a less friendly staff member, a large woman. She passed by my seat, not smiling enough, and wasn't very welcoming while I was waiting for check-in at 2:00 PM in the UM room. There was a Hajj/Umrah training event going on at the time, and coincidentally, there was a PSI event in the lobby, so I couldn't get a seat. I'd like to urge the Gran Pasundan management team to educate their employees on good manners.

4 star room but no mineral water is provided in the room.

The mattress springs were rising up, causing the mattress to collapse. The swimming pool was poorly maintained, with mosquitoes and dead flies infesting the pool, especially for adults.

The location is really strategic.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and the cleanliness of the floor are not comfortable.

The service is very friendly, the facilities are good.

4-star hotel, but don't book a standard room. The receptionist said my room was upgraded to deluxe (from standard), but it turned out I got a standard room without a window. The bedcover, sheets, and pillowcases were stained, and the floor was still dusty. The Wi-Fi was only good for chatting on WhatsApp. The TV was smart, but it couldn't access YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video, etc., only local channels, and even then the picture was eye-sore. Hopefully, that's just the case with my room. Will I come back again sometime? Big NO.

Everything was fine, except the water heater died in the morning. We happened to shower at 5:30 a.m., and Bandung was cold at that time.

I stay here almost every week. It's a great choice, with easy toll access, a full breakfast, but the towels could probably use a refresh. Top notch!
