Stayed here for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms. It was a very comfortable stay at Grand Pasundan. There is a playground and a reading corner, my son was happy playing ball in the playground😄 The security staff was helpful in helping carry things to the room, the security guard besides being a bellboy also guarded the parking lot. Got a free upgrade to a deluxe room, the breakfast was plentiful and the stall variants were never finished until after eating. The swimming pool was clean. I had sent the wrong package to this hotel and the staff was very responsive when I ordered a courier to pick it up. Thank you very much Grand Pasundan ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The service was excellent, the hotel was beautiful and grand. The food was delicious. However, in our room, when the AC went out, the refrigerator also went out, causing the freezer to melt onto the floor.
