The hotel staff is very friendly, very helpful, the hotel is nice, comfortable, clean. very suitable for staying with family.

The room is clean, the service is good, the bathroom smells good, the TV is a smart TV, it is close to the mall, it is always comfortable to stay here.

It's been my 2nd time here and satisfied with the facilities. There is a welcome drink, the breakfast is delicious and varied, there is a coffee machine, tea tubruk, and herbal medicine. The location is also close to the dining area, the bathroom is clean, the shower and hot water work well, the bed is also clean. Good job Santika Hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms. It was a very comfortable stay at Grand Pasundan. There is a playground and a reading corner, my son was happy playing ball in the playground😄 The security staff was helpful in helping carry things to the room, the security guard besides being a bellboy also guarded the parking lot. Got a free upgrade to a deluxe room, the breakfast was plentiful and the stall variants were never finished until after eating. The swimming pool was clean. I had sent the wrong package to this hotel and the staff was very responsive when I ordered a courier to pick it up. Thank you very much Grand Pasundan ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was our first time staying here and it was a great experience 😍. We got a room on the top floor, the view was amazing, all the hotel staff were friendly, and we will definitely stay here again next time ❤️.
