The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and prayer mats were provided, and prayer robes could be borrowed. It's perfect for a family staycation. The location is also strategic, close to the Soroja toll gate. The breakfast menu is extensive and delicious. Thank you for your service.

At first I didn't have high expectations, but when I arrived, the accommodation was clean, the receptionist was friendly, the motorbike parking was safe, the hotel room was clean, the towels and sheets smelled good, which is important for me, the AC was cold, the bathroom was also spacious, in short, it was the best.

I've stayed at this hotel many times because it's so comfortable. The rooms are clean and spacious, the facilities are great, it's kid-friendly, there's a mini zoo, and the food is delicious. It's always my go-to choice when visiting Bandung.

The staff was very friendly, we got to enjoy riding the buggy from the garden to the lobby of the hotel which was very helpful especially for our grandmother. We tried the Pilates class in the gym as well, the instructor and staff was very friendly.
