The first day my husband felt itchy sleeping on his bed and asked to change the sheets and the receptionist's response was very good, we were offered to change rooms with a larger and very comfortable room size. Thank God, although our first impression of entering the lobby was a bit jarring, once we entered our room, we were very satisfied. The air conditioning was cold with three air conditioners, a large refrigerator, a strong shower, and a well-functioning water heater. For a large family, staying at Casabella is highly recommended... especially since it's just across the street from PVJ, and is on par with the 5-star hotels next door.
