The toilet cleanliness is poor, many lights are not working, the telephone cable is loose, the staff are friendly but the coordination from the receptionist to housekeeping and engineering is very lacking, the process of requesting a hairdryer and fixing the loose telephone cable takes a long time to resolve, it is very unfortunate for an old building if it is not well maintained and the service is not agile, hopefully it can be better in the future :)

getting hot water in the hallway, that's really not good...why not provide a hot water kettle in the room...otherwise it's pretty good for a budget of around 400 thousand

The toilet flush didn't work and it took a long time to work. The door access card had to be set up every day. The Wi-Fi didn't work for the TV. There were cockroaches in room 122, the others were okay.
