I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The facilities provided are very complete and well-maintained. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have a modern design, making for a more enjoyable rest.
The service from the staff is also commendable—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help whenever needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.
The hotel's location is also strategic, close to various eateries and a cafe called Sampan Cafe (in the same area as Urbanest Inn House TB Simatupang) and the city's activities center, making it very convenient during your travels. From security to the receptionist, everyone was friendly. The rooms, bathrooms, beds, sofas, and kitchen were all spotless. The pool was also very clean, and the kids loved swimming. This is truly a hidden gem in South Jakarta. We'll definitely be back.👍🏻

It was a really comfortable stay here. It's close to the Blok M MRT station. The hotel's perfume is lemongrass (which I happen to really like), and the hotel's floral vintage feel is also impressive.
