Overall, it's great. The location is strategic, right off the BSD toll exit, near Pasmod, and close to residential areas. Access to the airport is also good. It's comfortable and highly recommended, and the price is very reasonable. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and it's also a great place to find snacks.

A pretty nice hotel for a 3 days 2 nights staycation with kids, the location is very strategic because the distance to the mall and various dining places can be done on foot. And when checking out, my child's doll was left in the lobby, the staff there kept it well until we came again to pick it up. The service of the staff is very helpful and very friendly. Happy to stay at this hotel. Thank you.

The room is very comfy and everything worked great. Warm water running smoothly, Wi-Fi and Netflix, mini refrigerator, and even an electric kettle. I've stayed at the Santika BSD Hotel several times. It's top notch👍. It's close to the mall, just go downstairs and you'll find Teras Kota Mall. I'm especially impressed by the excellent service from the receptionist, Mr. Ansori, who is friendly, smiling, and very helpful. Santika BSD is the best 👍😍
