It was a really enjoyable family staycation here. There's a swimming pool, a mini playground, the kids were happy, it's easy to access, and it's close to Aeon. This is my third stay here and I've never been disappointed. Good job Ramada by Wyndham.

The hotel is exceptionally clean compared to other hotels at a similar price. The breakfast menu is also top-notch, with breakfast included for the low price, a rarity. The hotel's location is also very strategic, close to a pharmacy, gas station, Teras Kota Mall, and restaurants with a wide variety of menu options. It's simply top-notch. Exceeded expectations for a budget hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, cool air conditioning, warm water, and a peaceful atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the staff were friendly. The staff was very friendly and proactive in making decisions, making it feel comfortable. The location and grounds of the hotel were excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. Toiletries were provided, including shampoo and soap. Highly recommended.

I stayed for one night. The staff is friendly. There is an elevator which makes it very easy for guests who bring suitcases. The room is clean. All the facilities provided are in good condition and function well, there is also a pantry. Towels and toiletries are provided. The sheets and others are quite clean and comfortable. Access is very easy. Very close to places to eat such as food courts, cafes, and also minimarkets. Recommended for those who are staying for a while in the BSD area. 👍.

Incredibly easy and smooth check-in/out. Though I got a room on the 4th floor, special shout out to that one male staff who voluntarily (without being asked!) and very swiftly assisted me lifting both of my heavy duffel bags all the way. Overall a very worthwhile stay, would rebook whenever I need a place to crash.
