I chose this hotel because it has been established for a long time. I used to stay here while I was on duty. I highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay here. The location is very convenient—you can easily walk around the city centre and explore Tanjung Pendam Beach just behind the hotel. The environment also feels safe and comfortable.

The hotel offers a variety of family-friendly activities, particularly for children—such as swimming and scheduled recreational programs thoughtfully introduced by the staff. I would like to extend my appreciation to Ms. Rhesa for her attentive communication, especially for informing us about the “Foam Bubble” pool activity held every Saturday, as well as the appearance of the Tarsius clown, which added a unique touch to the children’s experience. What stood out most was the proactive approach to guest care. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a follow-up call from the receptionist to ensure that our room met expectations and to address any potential discomfort promptly. This level of attentiveness reflects a high standard of hospitality and responsiveness. Overall, my experience consistently reaffirms the exceptional service quality associated with the Marriott group. It is always a pleasure to return.

The staff is friendly, check in is one set, not much this and that, just showing your ID card, less than 3 minutes, you will be given the room key. I have stayed here twice, and will continue to come here. Eating utensils are provided if needed, just say so, hot water, coffee, tea, glasses are ready, even a wash basin for washing is available. For those who bring family who usually can't be separated from washing dishes, etc., it makes it really easy 😊

I chose the suite because it was on sale. The room is very spacious, perfect for bringing children or a family, clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed, a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and close to the market. Highly recommended.

I request the room with the best sea view. I was given a room with a door overlooking the beach and pool. Children can swim directly from the front of the room. Overall good.
