Cheap Hotels in West Singkawang

My stay at Kyodai Hotel Singkawang was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and dining options. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

Overall, it was satisfying. The location is in the center of the city. The parking lot is quite big. The view was very nice, the water was fresh, the food was various and delicious, and especially the time for breakfast was so sharp. The receptionists and workers were friendly and fast response. The things missed from this place were the price and maintenance. It was quite pricy for ⭐⭐⭐ old hotel. The bedroom was not suit with the picture, and also quite dirty. The sink and shower were broken. There was no mini fridge inside. Extra bed costed 200k. Sorry for not taking picture of the bedroom. The pool was also quite dirty. Hopefully, it will improve or at least maintain its quality. Thank you so much🙏🤗

Overall everything is okay. Nice room, clean, good facilities. Access to the city center is also close 👌

The food taste was great, so was the room

The hotel was excellent, neat, clean, and had a beautiful view with a Spanish vibe. The air-conditioning was already switched on when we entered the room, making it cool and comfortable for us. The room was also fragrant, and each room had a different theme. The customer service was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Kudos to the Front Office Manager, Mr. Supriyandi, who offered to take us on a late-night tour around Singkawang late at night because we were not sure about the transportation there. He even recommended and bring us to great places to eat and visit. He was very patient and accommodating, ensuring we had an enjoyable and meaningful experience. He truly deserves a raise for his dedication. Overall, 5 stars for the hotel and its service.
