I had pleasant experience for my 2 days staycation at Ashley. The staff super friendly and offered the best hospitality. The hotel smells so nice and we were allowed to early check-in as our room was ready. Overall satisfied customer.

⭐️ Good Front Desk Service
⭐️ Clean rooms, plenty of space, a Smart TV (so no need to worry about Netflix), a refrigerator and a kettle for coffee/tea.
⭐️ The bathroom is also clean, with complete amenities. Body and face towels are provided, and there's hot water and a hair dryer.
⭐️ Strategic location, close to a minimarket and nearby street food stalls.
⭐️ There's a swimming pool and gym. The clean pool is 1.2m deep and located on the ground floor (indoor).
⭐️ Breakfast is quite varied and some of the menu items are delicious.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There's a friendly cat hiding in a potted plant in front of the lobby.
If I have another business around this hotel, I'll probably stay here again because it's comfortable.

Ashley Tanah Abang has to be acknowledged for its excellent service in providing cribs and UV sterilizers. The rooms are spacious and the restrooms are also very clean. However, improvements are needed, including the quality and variety of breakfast, the attitude of the staff around the dining area, who often chat with each other, and the thin walls between rooms, allowing us to hear people making love in neighboring rooms (not adjacent to each other). The receptionist was also very good.

When checking in, I was greeted in a friendly and kind manner. CS explained the conditions patiently and thoroughly. It is close to Tanah Abang and Sarinah. The food around the hotel is also delicious.
