We had a great time staying 2 days 1 night at Hotel Aston Bintaro. The room was spacious, very clean, very neat, and the staff was friendly. The highlight of our staycation was the pool. They had a lot of fun swimming at the kids' pool. Definitely will go back there for a short stay.

Staying at the Aston Bintaro Hotel was a truly delightful experience. The room was clean, fragrant, and the bed was super comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The location is also strategic, making it easy to get around. The staff were also excellent, all friendly and ready to help with any needs. The breakfast was delicious, and the taste was excellent. Overall, I was satisfied, and I'll definitely return if I get the chance.

Already a regular stay at this hotel😍. FO & all staff including security are very friendly. Several times I stayed and got a free upgrade 👏🏻. Last Saturday night I just stayed in a junior type and was served by Mbak Rizkita (if I'm not mistaken) well and superduper friendly. Thank you Mbak 🙏🏻. No need to ask the room is clean, fragrant, spacious, no minus, the pool is really cool (which is definitely kids friendly) because there is a mini waterpark😍. Can't turn away from this Aston Bintaro, even though the distance from my house to the hotel is only 30 minutes😄

I really liked the room, but it had a lot of drawbacks 🥲 1. The room wasn't soundproof 2. The breakfast menu wasn't very varied 3. The staff at the meatball noodle stand weren't very friendly.

The staff are all nice. The facilities and breakfast are very good. It's a shame I booked a junior suite and got room 1800. I requested a free slice of cake for my birthday in Traveloka notes, but it was ignored. The receptionist said when I checked out that I had to confirm again. How would I know? It was over, I wanted to celebrate my birthday at the hotel. I saw in the hotel story that someone got a compliment for birthday decoration and a slice of cake. It's really sad that I didn't have a birthday at the hotel huhu
