Staffs were excellent and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. I am satisfied with the overall hotel facilities, the comfort of the room and the friendliness of our staff. Overall, the hotel is very comfortable and I loved it. Also very strategic location. Perfect place for me.

The hotel located in the city of denpasar, not so many attraction around the hotel. The room is spacious, little bit old and need air freshener but clean. The staff are friendly. Breakfast has lot of food variety.

We are in the same floor as lobby. The air conditioner not working well. There are some mosquitos in the room.

Worst ever experience! From room smells cigarette even-thought I have asked for non smoking room. Worst ever food omelette like in picture. Worst ever staff and not helpful.
