The experience during in Aston was very impressive. They provided shuttle from train station into hotel. They picked up even at 2.00 am in the morning. Aston Purwokerto is very recommended if you stay in Purwokerto.

It was my first time to Purwokerto city staying at Aston hotel, brought my parents because I believed Aston must have good cleanliness and comfort standards, and it turned out to be true. My parents really liked staying at Aston Purwokerto, both the rooms and the service were all good, especially the breakfast menu which was very varied and all delicious. Next time I will definitely stay at Aston again with my family.

The location is strategic, the hotel staff is very friendly, the room is comfortable, the air conditioning is very cold, the children really enjoy it and feel at home, unfortunately I haven't tried the gym and spa facilities, maybe next time

During breakfast, the chili sauce was stale, the dim sum was stale, the coffee machine was not working properly, the staff fixed it and finally it worked. Many of the foods were finished and had not been refilled, the Indomie area was not very fast in serving. The variety of food was lacking. The taste of the food was lacking.

Staying at Aston Pwt. 1. Room as requested (no complaints at all). 2. Facilities are ok. 3. Breakfast menu is extensive. 4. There are playground facilities and a swimming pool for children. Note: If possible, provide a smoking area for smokers. Even though they are smoking outside, the cigarette smoke pollution is dangerous for guests who enter and exit the hotel, because cigarettes are disturbing, especially if there is an event/meeting/activity.

just had time to review... we booked 2 rooms from 03/05/2025 to 04/05/2025... check in was very fast... we didn't need to ask for a connecting room, the staff was already ready... very helpful to us.... clean room.. comfortable... hot water in the sink and shower worked well... the AC was very cold.. the refrigerator was also cold... other hotels were not as good.. when we ate... like the supervisor maybe.. asked about our stay experience if there were any obstacles... very good.. next time we go to Purwokerto we will come back here... Thank you....
