What needs to be highlighted is the friendliness of the front officer, especially Mr. Ray. Serving special requests from hotel guests regarding special diet foods in a friendly manner. As well as the kitchen team who has made breakfast according to the diet menu, delivered to the room on time for 4 days staying at Awann Hotel. The restaurant area is cozy and very good. Security is always on standby at the entrance, helping hotel guests who have just arrived. Each bathroom is divided into 2 cubicles with glass as a barrier.

My third visit to Awann. This hotel has been one of our favorite hotels whenever we come and visit Semarang. Even though it has limited parking space, the concierge team has always been very helpful in arranging valet service. The room and bed have generous size, good breakfast options, a clean bathroom with the best rain shower.

Overall, this hotel is nice, but the cleanliness is not that great and the room is still not very comfortable because I got a smoking room (maybe I made the wrong choice and got this room. But everything is nice and comfortable.

What makes this hotel special for me is its strategic location in the city center, just a few steps from DP Mall. The rooms are a bit cramped and not soundproof.
