The room was comfortable and clean, with a bathroom complete with a hairdryer and a kettle. Arriving late at night, check-in was easy, and parking was also easy.

Unfortunately, there's no swimming pool, and parking is limited, so we had to cross the street to find a secure parking spot.

All the food was delicious, there was meatball aci, but the meatball aci was hard. The room was clean, just a suggestion, the towels were no longer fit for use, dirty, stained. The female receptionist was grumpy and didn't smile. But the security guards were very friendly and polite.

The hotel is small, but decent. The room is standard. The staff is friendly. Quickly asked to change rooms because the AC was not cold, found some yellow spots on the pillowcase and blanket and the view from the balcony was not pleasant (a fish pond with green water), immediately looked for another room. Thank God the view was a bit better. The breakfast was quite good, although the variety was not too much, but okay. The most important thing that needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the room, yesterday I found yellow spots on the blanket and sarban, some of the cups and plates were dirty, the electric kettle was crusty, the towels needed to be replaced immediately because they were very dull. And this is the first time I've stayed in a hotel, there are lots of ants on the food, there are also lots of ants in the sink, oh yeah, one more thing, the clothes hangers are high, I don't know if I'm short, overall it's okay ⭐⭐⭐ out of 5 stars, if I go to Sukabumi, I can staycation there again

For comfort, it is quite good, friendly, the food is delicious, access to the city is close, the room is clean, spacious, only the TV channels are still local broadcasts, the same goes for the hot water in the bathroom, plus the cleanliness of the sink is lacking because there is still hair from who knows whose it is, the sink is clogged.

I happened to get an economical price from this app, but the room is super nice and spacious, the bathroom is also clean and spacious. As the name Balcony suggests, each room has a balcony so you can see the view while having coffee on the balcony. Recommended.
