The second time I stayed at Batiqa. The first one is for business and this time for exploring Surabaya. Overall so great! The staff at the lobby was very helpful in handling my problem with the room key. And of course, the food at the rooftop is awesome! Especially the Nasi Goreng Batiqa 🔥 Very recommended! Shoutout to staff Kak Rizky from FnB department, very helpful and so nice at the same time.

Parking is convenient, and the location is also good.
The room is neat and clean.
The AC is cold.
The bathroom is clean, but the soap and shampoo dispensers are hard to press.

Neat and clean rooms, with a choice of city views, close to the Taman Bungkul culinary center and other attractions, and close to the city center. Friendly staff, ample parking. Next time, God willing, I'll stop by Batiqa Surabaya again.

Staying overnight to see a concert is totally worth it! The staff, from the security guard who accompanied us for a chat to the other staff, also provided detailed explanations. If you run out of soap, call the staff immediately, and they'll come within 5 minutes. Come on, give it a try.
